We strive to ship orders within 24 - 48 hours after purchase. Orders received during weekends or holidays are typically shipped the next business day.

All Canadian orders are typically received within 2 to 5 business days after shipping.

All US orders are typically received witin 3 to 7 days after shipping.

You will be sent an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Likewise, we do not accept returns for purchases made via our retail partners.

Absolutely!!  All of our treats and chews are single-ingredient and dehydrated at low temperatures to maximize nutrient density and retain their raw form. They are never cooked.

Absolutely!!  All of our treats and chews are biologically appropriate with zero fillers or preservatives, and are grain-free and gluten-free.


All treats and chews sold via have a minimum shelf life of 6 months.

Zeus & Zoey treats and chews are best stored in a cool dry place such as a kitchen cabinet or pantry.

Avoid storing Zeus & Zoey treats and chews in humid areas such as bathrooms, nearby washing machines/dryers

Gift Cards

You can purchase gift cards online via our website. All gift cards can only be redeemed at Please note that gift cards cannot be used for “Subscribe & Save” orders. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Yes, you can. Simply return to the product page, fill in the form and add to cart for each unique gift card.

No, you will only be charged the amount allocated to the gift card.

Yes, you can purchase a $10, $25, $50 or $100 value gift card. You can purchase multiple gift cards in one transaction if you’d like the value to be higher. See above for more information.

We adhere to all industry best practices to ensure successful delivery of the Campfire Treats gift card via email. However, there is still a chance that the email will be treated as spam, or the recipient will not notice it in their inbox. If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to an inbox, the recipient’s email options will need to be modified so that our emails are not marked as spam.
